PACE Associate Medical Director job

An interdisciplinary PACE health clinic near Merced, California is seeking a full time Associate Medical Director.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Oversight of PACE program, patient care services and clinical team
• Policy, procedure and guideline development
• Develop educational programs to build provider skills
• Assist Executive and Medical Directors with special projects
• Provides comprehensive, ongoing and patient oriented primary care.
• Assures proper supervision of PAs, NPs, new MDs/DOs

Job Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Primary Care specialty
• Board Eligible or Board Certification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a lead admin role
• Minimum 1 year primary care experience with frail, elderly or long-term care population preferred
