Responsibilities - Family Practice Physician:

• Spearhead a team of providers
• Diagnose and treat diverse medical conditions
• Thoroughly review patient histories, conduct exams, and prescribe medications

Requirements - Family Medicine Physician:

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Active South Carolina license and DEA registration
